Oh that *is* a happy dress! FANTASTIC, once again. And, once again, I am kicking myself that I have yet to make this pattern. You are rocking it here, and that fabric and those buttons and that bias trim are all perfect!

Enjoy Amsterdam!!

Very cute dress! I love the little peek of green bias binding.

Have an amazing time in Amsterdam.

That is a beautiful dress!!! I love seeing your projects!! :)

That is SUCH a cute dress! I love that style of dress, and the color and print you used are so perfect for it.

Very happy dress and fabric! The fit and length look perfect too.
Enjoy Amsterdam! I hope we get to see photos.

Fantastic! I do believe that dress and haircut lend themselves well to a trip to Amsterdam. Enjoy!!

The dress is brilliant. I like it. I am thinking of getting some patterns for clothes this weekend (JoAnns is having a sale on them). Armholes and sleeves are always an issue with me, so my thinking is that if I make the garment, I can correct for that...hmmm.

This is darling! I love the details!

Very cute and a great color!

So cute! I love it!

Very cute. By the way, if you make the top
line of the sleeve flatter, that makes it
angle outward more and thus it doesn't
restrict arm motion as much. You do have
to widen the sleeve enough so that it
still fills the armhole, but then you slant the seam edge so as to narrow the base of
the sleeve to its correct size.

Thanks to this post, I just bought this pattern today at Joann, where Butterick patterns are on sale for $1.99. I don't have the skill level for this dress yet, as I haven't ever made any buttonholes. Someday!

You look good in this
I love peter pan collars too
I hope that I have a chance to try out this pattern one day!
