Happy Blogiversary and 100th post!!
You've got me intrigued about that book!

Tanya

You've been a busy, busy girl! Congrats! Hope my LYS gets that book soon!

Stacey

The Yarn Pirate is wonderful - and it is so satisfying to get a new book with lots of new and useful (useful being the operative word) information. Now I may have to get it too - I am a book ho - can't help myself.

Dave

I'm very happy to hear a positive review of this book, as I've been looking forward to it ever since first hearing of it. Your new sock looks lovely -- and we all *know* that you needed a new sock. ;-)

Liz K.

Yay! Happy 100th post! I can't wait to check out Cat's new book, you know, because I need more motivation to knit socks...

Brenda

I had heard about this book before it was published, and now I see I must have it. Pretty colors in the yarn too!

Congrats on your 100th post! Both you and Brigitte made it to 100 this weekend. I thought I must be getting close to 100--today was 111. I should pay more attention to my stats.

Carol

I'm dyimg to get that book! Hmm maybe I will...Those socks do look really nice!

kelp!

Happy half-year blogiversary! That pattern looks perfect for your booty yarn, given the chevron-y pattern. I can't wait to hear about its interesting construction details!

Jean

Happy six month blogiversary! I guess we started blogging right around the same time. You, however, are out-posting me approx two-to-one. Which is great! You inspire me to post more regularly. I've been looking forward to Ms. Bordhi's new book and didn't realize it's out yet. Can't wait to see the way these socks shape up. The yarn is lovely.

Oiyi

Happy Blogiversary! Oooooohhh...nice yarn!

Nora

This post made me smile - it's good to see someone so excited about a sock book! I can totally relate. Happy 6 months - and here's to many more. x

Christy

stacey

exciting!!!!! i heard some wonderful things about that book - that some of the sock construction is just crazy and new! you'll have to keep us posted. Congrats on the blog milestones!!!

Kim

Happy 6 month blogiversary! I must get that book! Ocean Toes looks great. Based just on the picture it reminds me a bit of Jaywalker. Looking forward to photos of the 3 FOs!

Beth S.

That blue sock pictured in the book is making my head hurt. I can't figure out how she did it. ;-) The thick line along the edge of the sole makes me think of EZ's refootable moccasin sock, but it's clear that there's more to it than that (is that a *vertical* garter-stitch heel gusset I see?... The mind boggles!)

Anyway, cool! :-) I'll keep my eye out for that book.

Ariel

Thank goodness the yarn diet makes no mention of knitting books, 'cause I think I may have to run out and buy that one. I'd been so hoping it was as good as it sounded. And happy half-blogiversary!

tiennie

Happy halfyear blogiversary and 100th! Single socks keep marching, um I mean, hopping along!

Susan Pandorf

Congratulations! We're glad you decided to stick with this whole blogging thing...

Blessings!

Sacha

I'll have to check out this book. I was in Barnes and Noble yesterday, but didn't see it.

Diana

I LOVE that Rum Runner yarn! I just finished my socks last night. Did you get your next shipment? What are you going to make with yours?
