ohhh yumm! I must say I love the graduated stripes now that I see it done up. Its going to be a lovely sweater!

Lisa

Are you carrying the yarn up the side?

Sacha

Yes, that was pretty darn fast. :) Looks really cute so far; I love tweedy stuff.

Brenda

Looks great! The tweedy colors are fantastic together.

jody

nice progress!

Tanya

You really do amaze me. I might come up with an idea but it seems that I very rarely, if ever, carry it through. Wow!

Carol

Wow, that was fast! I love your color choice on this, just great!

Ariel

Knitting faster than you can blog about it? That's a great problem to have!

I love those colors together...further proof of my "tweed can do no wrong" theory.

Clumsy Knitter

Wow, you're speedy! Looks good!

Oiyi

Nice striping! Yes, progressing faster than you can blog is definitely a very good thing!

Christy / Not Hip

Looking good. The tweedy stripes are great.

nova

I LOVE this. I love the colors and I love how you are being so precise with the matching of stripes. But here is the money question, are your jogs jogless? And my intention is not to sound dirty or provocative at all...seriously.

tiennie

Knit! Knit! Knit! It's looking great!

Stacey

This is coming along great! I love purple and green - so I love the sweater already! It's nice when we feel our knits are moving along quickly because sometimes it can feel like watching paint dry to do a lot of stockinette - this will be a beautiful fall sweater!

stacey

that is coming along fast!!! love the stripes - that is a great idea to do them graduated!

Sara

i love that sweater! if you write up a pattern and need a test knitter, count me in ;-)

Jean

It's coming along so well! The colors really do look great together. Good thinking on doing the sleeves top down.

kelp!

So pretty with all that tweedy action! I'm looking forward to seeing how your crazy stripes turn out.

pamela wynne

Like everyone else, I love the colors, the stripes, the tweediness -- this is going to be a super cute, totally wearable sweater!

Beth S.

Very clever plan! :-) And I'm glad you went with the graduated stripes. They are TOO cool. :-)
