Congrats on 1000 comments! And congrats to Stacey for winning. Look at you doing the math to figure out you've got enough yarn left. I really admire that. I tend to just keep on knitting and fret with every stitch about running out. It's good to have a math PhD around. Can I borrow him next time hubby and I are out with our friends and trying to split the bill at the end of the night? It's comical how useless we all are with that stuff.

stacey

Go you with the math! It's kind of empowering to figure that stuff out instead of doing like me and guessing... :) Glad we "discovered" each other's blogs!!!!

Kim

Congrats on 1000 comments! I remember Stacy's amazing socks from MDSW. Very impressive math skills!

tiennie

Congrats on 1000! Is it wrong that it's kinda fun to do that math?

jody

i really thought you were going to say you didn't have enough. all i could think is "can't she ever get a break with the amount of yarn she needs?"

glad it worked out differently this time :)

Sacha

I didn't believe my math teachers when they told me I needed math everyday. :)

Congrats to Stacey! :D

Brenda

Glad you will have enough yarn. Algebra can come in handy.

I should check my blog stats. I was almost to 800 comments about a month ago. I've been a bad blogger this summer. Congratulations on receiving over 1000 comments!

Tanya

WOW! 1000! That's great!

That math made my head swim!

Nora

Happy 1000th!!

knittingphilistine

Congrats on 1000!! And can't wait to see your finished perfectly-figured shawl!

Kelly

1000 comments wooo hooo!!!
Congrats to Stacey! Now show us that shawl!!!

Carol

Congrats on 1000! Time flies no? My scientific formula for yarnage? Does the ball look like it will cover the required knitting? ;)

Beth S.

Look at you busting out the math! If it were me I'd mess up the calculations and run out of yarn anyway. ;-)

Jessica

Wow! That looks like a lot of math! Better him than me. ;)
