Brenda

Congratulations on your victories! Both projects look good. The second Ming yarn really works well with the first.

I think Sasha would like to come for a little visit in California. He is adorable! I have lots of yarn and tuna, and I like to pet kitties. And we'll just pretend that M isn't allergic.

Beth

Yay! I'm so glad you beat that darn sock! You are a better person than I am :)

jody

i love the duo-tone ming sweater! i think i might even like it more than in the single color. the 2 shades are close enough but still give it enough oomph. i really like it!

stacey

they both look fabulous! Great job conquering the knitting!

Trish

Oh, I love the sweater!! So pretty and I think that the ribbing really compliments it well. Nice job. Can't wait to see it finished!

Sara Payne

rock on! and those yarns were just made for sasha...perfect coloring for her :-)

Jean

Great job all around! The sock looks great and the ming sweater is stunning. The two colors are perfect.

An orange cat will always approve of green, because it flatters and makes the orange pop, thereby keeping attention on the kitty. But an orange cat can't help but eventually come around to more orange, even though it makes kitty blend in. It is the best color, afterall. (Meanwhile, black cats always manage to find something red to sit on.)

tiennie

Way to persist and come out on top! Beautiful!

knittingphilistine

Glad to see sock 1 didn't beat you. Especially because that's what I'm working on right now. I have to say that I started mine over several times to get the proper yarn to pattern ratio. What a pain, but the pattern sure is pretty!

Jessica

Yay for showing knitting who's boss! And yay for orange kitties too! It's almost scary how much your cat and mine look alike!

Ariel

Wow - persistence pays off in spades. Beautiful sock, lovely sweater. You should be damn proud of yourself!
